1. What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We specialize in one-time professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties, including deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and seasonal or cabin turnover services. We also offer Airbnb turnovers and recurring monthly cleanings.

2. Do I need to sign a contract?

No contracts are required for one-time services—contracts only apply to recurring monthly cleanings. We offer flexible, tailored cleaning solutions: just tell us what you need, and we’ll handle the rest. 

3. How do I request a quote or schedule a service?

You can contact us through our website’s contact form, call, or email us directly. We’ll ask a few questions about your space and what you are looking for. In some cases, we may recommend a walkthrough to better understand the scope of work. After that, we’ll provide a customized quote and available scheduling options. 

4. Do you offer in-person walkthroughs?

Yes, we do! In some cases, a walkthrough is the best way to accurately assess the space and your cleaning needs. We charge a $75 walkthrough fee, which covers our time and travel. If you book your cleaning with us, that amount will be deducted from your total cost. 

5. What areas do you serve?

 We’re based in Rhinelander, Wisconsin and proudly serve the surrounding areas in Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Travel charges may apply depending on your location—see our Service Area page for details. 

6. Do you charge for travel?

Yes, a travel charge may apply based on your distance from Rhinelander. We use a zone-based system to keep it fair and transparent. We’ll include any travel fees in your quote. 

7. What should I do to prepare before a cleaning?

Please ensure the space is accessible and personal items are put away. For the best results, we recommend decluttering beforehand so we can focus on cleaning. Make sure floors are clear of obstacles 

8. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring all the professional-grade tools, supplies, and products needed to do the job right. If you have preferences (e.g., eco-friendly products), just let us know. 

9. How do I pay for services?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your cleaning date. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major payment apps or cards. 

10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee. 

11. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If anything was missed, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. 

12. Do you offer gift certificates or special packages?

Yes! Ask us about one-time cleaning gift certificates—perfect for new homeowners, new parents, or as a thoughtful gesture for a loved one. 

13. Are you on Facebook?

Yes, we are! Follow us on Facebook for updates, behind-the-scenes content, seasonal tips, and special offers. We also post photos of our work and customer testimonials. You can message us there too if that’s easier for you. 

14. What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you need a specific date or time, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule when possible.

15. Do you clean vacation homes, cabins, or seasonal properties?

Yes! We offer one-time cleanings for cabins, lake houses, and seasonal rentals—perfect for opening up in the spring or closing down in the fall. 

16. Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products. If you have concerns or preferences (like green or hypoallergenic products), just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate. 

17. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

 That’s up to you! Some clients prefer to be home, while others provide access and go about their day. We’re comfortable working either way—whatever makes you most at ease. 

18. Is tipping required?

 Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. If you feel we went above and beyond, a tip is a kind way to show your appreciation to your cleaning team.
