Shepherd’s Countryside Pro Cleaners, LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

• One-time and recurring cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Airbnb Cleanings

Service availability is limited to Rhinelander, WI and surrounding Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan communities.

• All services must be scheduled in advance via phone or email.
• Prices for services are provided in a quote prior to booking and may vary based on property size, scope, or special requests. A 50% deposit is required to schedule services.
• The remaining balance is due at the end of the day the services are completed.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations will incur a fee, as outlined in your service agreement.
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property
• Remove valuables or fragile items from cleaning areas
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Provide accurate information about the property and services requested

• Shepherd’s Countryside Pro Cleaners, LLC is fully insured for general liability.
• While we take care to avoid damage, the client agrees that we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to service.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• You may use this website for personal or business inquiries related to our cleaning services only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without written permission.
• We do not guarantee the website is error-free or always available, and we are not liable for temporary outages or technical issues.

• All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Shepherd’s Countryside Pro Cleaners, LLC.
• Use of our content without permission is prohibited.

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
• Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Wisconsin.

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent version.
